COMMISSIONS:

Simple backgrounds with minor illustrative/compositional elements come free for any option. See my portfolio for examples of finished illustrations with backgrounds.
Adding additional characters, complex scenic elements or an environmental background to one piece will be discussed on an individual basis.I may create up to 5 versions with different hues and effects for larger commissions free of charge; you are welcome to use any of these outcomes.You will receive a full piece with the background and transparent files.All images here are heavily watermarked for protection for me and the owners of the designs. Please do not attempt to download them or any from my gallery. It is prohibited.

I offer member-exclusive offers via my Discord server with limited slot opportunities to get my art cheaper. I will not host these anywhere else. In the case that my general commissions are closed, these will always remain open as long as there are slots.
Server boosters also get access to a channel to submit OCs, which I may draw for warmups at no cost.

Pricing increases for complex designs can vary heavily, depending on the density of accessories, complex markings, body type, and features—overall, the time taken to complete the piece. Please keep these factors in mind when looking at my complex prices; they're the base minimum.

Symmetrical Icon :

A symmetrical icon of your character or pet with clean line art and flat colour, the eyes will be detailed and rendered by default. Full shading can be added by request with an additional +25% fee.

Bust :

A lined, coloured and shaded bust-up illustration of your character or pet. These can be as expressive or as still as you like. Please specify any moods or expressions you'd like in your commission!

Fullbody :

A cleanly lined, coloured and shaded full illustration of your character or pet.
The complexity fee varies the most in this option; a highly complex piece could be upwards of £100+.

Hand-drawn Custom design:

A hand-drawn, flat, full-body piece of a custom design. I can also create an accompanying simple reference sheet using the design asset, including a palette and character information of your choosing , free of charge; just ask!

On-base Custom Design:

A cleanly coloured on-base custom design.
You are welcome to put forward a specific base that you'd like used, as long as the artists' TOS permits it, or I will use one from my collection.

A lined, singular-toned, symmetrical icon depicting your character or pet , highlighting their most significant features and markings. This particular style is experimental, and results may vary.

Please note, on Discord I do NOT accept friend requests typically, especially from accounts with zero mutual links, i.e. servers or friends, to safeguard myself. Joining my server and then sending a message request is the most ideal method.

Transaction fees are accounted for in my pricing.You will not receive a full copy of the artwork or design produced until you have paid in full.
I either accept full payment upfront or when the sketch or rough design is presented. I will NOT accept any refund requests once I've been fully paid. Please be sure you are satisfied with what you are receiving and ask for changes as early as possible.I will accept payment plans and/or short holds for any orders over £100; individual terms can be discussed, but I much prefer upfront and full payments.

Terms Of Service:

These Terms of Service below apply to anyone commissioning me for artwork or a custom design.
some of which are loosely applied for trades and owed art:

Please read the terms below carefully; you are required to follow them when purchasing my work, regardless of whether you’ve read these or not. Failure to follow my TOS may result in you being blacklisted depending on the severity.Only I and the current owner of the depicted characters may use the content produced for them unless given direct permission from the current owner.I will not accept commissions from those age 15 or under unless they are a trusted mutual of mine OR can prove they have a parent or guardian's permission to purchase my work.TRACING/STEALING MY WORK OR WORK CREATED FOR ME IS A ZERO TOLERANCE ACT AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE BLACKLISTING!

I, LUNALKIN (THE ARTIST / DESIGNER) HAVE THE RIGHT TO:

  • Deny any commission requests & close them anytime without providing a reason.

  • Cancel and refund the order if needed if I find myself unable to complete the commission.

  • Edit and add new content for my Terms of Service anytime.

  • I retain my rights to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotional purposes, such as posting on my social media feeds and presenting the piece in my portfolio; you may, however, ask for your piece not to be posted.

YOU, (THE RECEIVER):

  • You may NOT make profits directly from a commissioned piece/use it for commercial purposes (creating products to sell, branding, logos, and such unless it is discussed beforehand). It can add value to a character, but only to the amount you paid for said commission. Trades or owed art will not increase a character's value.

  • You may lightly alter the commissioned artwork. Examples include making slight marking edits after a redesign or changing tonal values. You do not need to ask my permission. Please keep the original file, however.

  • You may upload the specified artwork onto Toyhouse or other design image hosting sites, but no other websites, such as Instagram or DeviantArt. But please, if you upload the transparent file I will give you, I STRONGLY recommend you heavily watermark or thumbnail it! Using the commissioned piece as a profile picture is ok on any site.

  • My artwork is never to be used in AI media generators, NFTs or Cryptocurrency.

Character Design Terms of Service:

These rules apply to any design created by me; no other TOS will overrule mine.
If you fail to follow my terms when owning a design from me, you may find yourself on my blacklist.

YOU MAY:

  • Edit my designs with minor changes, simplifications, or adjustments such as markings, species, colour palette, gender, etc... but you cannot fully claim the design/artwork, only the edits you did yourself.

  • Own and make multiple variants of my designs, but they cannot be sold separately and must be within the same Toyhouse character page or very clearly linked together.

  • Transfer any of my designs to anyone that isn’t currently on my blacklist and is aware of my TOS. Please wait at LEAST 2 weeks after obtaining a design of mine before trading or selling.

Please only sell them for the base value + valid additional artwork*, which should be updated in the description or ownership logs.If a design of mine is traded, via art or character(s), you do NOT have the right to resell them for cash.
Please state in the toyhouse ownership change the details of the transaction, including if it was a trade or if it was for cash, the amount (preferably in GBP or USD.)

YOU MAY NOT:

  • Arrange a co-ownership with another individual. I will not get between ownership disputes.

  • Claim my design as your work or replace me as the designer, even if heavy changes have been made.

  • You cannot own one of my designs if you do not have a Toyhouse account or trade/sell/gift them to any user without one. I can provide codes free of charge to anyone; just ask!

  • Delete my designs from Toyhouse.

  • Sell my designs for more than what you bought them for unless it has additional PAID and/ or *valid additional artwork.

*Only commissions and your own "quality" artwork will increase the value. (Quality being an artwork that you could offer as a commission or for a trade, not little doodles)
Trades, requests, raffle prizes, gift art, and such will NOT increase the value.

REGARDING DESIGNS OF MINE RECEIVED FOR FREE (RAFFLE, GIFT, WTA):

I reserve my right to revoke your ownership of a design of mine you received for free if there is no paid or handmade additional artwork if you do not follow these rules:

  • A design received for free has a "buy" value of 0 USD, which will not change regardless of if additional artworks* are created (for example, a free design with a commissioned bust of 10 USD will have an overall value of 10 USD.)

  • You cannot trade a design of mine you received for free unless additional artwork* via yourself or commission is added.

  • You cannot SELL a free design of mine unless commissioned artwork is added; your own personal artwork will not count.

If you wish, you can regift the design, either directly back to me or to a trusted person; however, you cannot raffle off my designs or give them away in a first-come-first-serve event or a guessing game—nothing luck-based.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the new owner is handpicked and responsible to own my design and respect my TOS. Do feel free to contact me if you need assistance with regifting. If you regift a design to an irresponsible owner who goes on to break my TOS, both of you have the potential to be blacklisted.

Public Blacklist:

Please keep in mind my blacklist before trading or selling a design i've created.

Blacklisted users cannot own or be traded designs created by me, nor purchase commissions from me. One exception is they purchased my work prior to being blacklisted, I will not revoke any artwork or designs in that case.They also do not have any right to contact me or talk to me in shared spaces, for example, Discord servers.I am under no obligation to tell anyone why these users are on here. I own a private blacklist too, which is for authorised users on Toyhouse only.

If I discover that you sold my designs to a blacklisted user, you will be given a firm warning, and I won't remind you again, or I could blacklist you right away in some circumstances.
Not heeding my warning and repeating the action again, you will be blacklisted, as you've shown that you cannot be trusted to follow my Terms of Service.

If I discover you to be harassing anyone on my blacklist or private blacklist in my name, you may very well find yourself right under them here on this page.

Regarding blocks:

A block and a blacklist are NOT the same thing, and you should not treat them the same way. I have every right to block or mute anyone I wish. I understand it can be scary being blocked, especially if you haven't interacted with me before!I block and mute quite freely; however, please understand 99% of the time it is not against you as a person nor due to rumours or such. My blocks or mutes are independent of others' views and for my own personal comfort. We all have different boundaries, discomforts, and vibes.
I will be quick to block people who display consistent parasocial or inappropriate behaviour toward myself or others.If you are blocked, please assume I do not want you owning or buying my designs and refrain from contacting me unnecessarily. I potentially may not mind being in a shared space with you, like a mutual Discord server, but please be mindful I really may not want to engage with you.
